Items arrived in good condition at my doorstep. They were packaged in a sturdy cardboard box so the individual boxes themselves were not dented. Have been taking this for a year now but can’t honestly say I see any difference. But I’ve started increasing dosage from 1 to 2 sachets a few days ago so hope that will make all the difference soon.
