As someone who always had trouble sleeping at night, this supplement is a life saver! I usually slept around 1am but with consuming SLEEP SUPPORT, I managed to sleep around 11pm these past few nights! Definitely worth trying if you had the same problem like me.

Dr. Ora Sleep Support has been a nice addition to my evening routine. I like how easy it is to take, and it helps me feel more relaxed and ready to wind down before bedtime. I’ve been taking other Dr Ora products for years, so when I got the chance to try their new Sleep Support, I was quite curious to see how it would work for me.
The first night, it took me about an hour to fall asleep. On the second night, it was around half an hour, and by the third night, I fell asleep pretty quickly — maybe within 15 minutes! I also noticed that I woke up feeling quite refreshed the next morning, which I really liked.
Taste-wise, I tried the lychee flavour and found it pretty pleasant and easy to drink. It’s not too strong or overpowering, which is a plus for me.
So far, I’m quite happy with my experience. Of course, everyone reacts differently, but for me, it has been a nice addition to my bedtime routine. Since I’ve already been using Dr Ora products for years, I’m happy to add this one to my routine too!

Tried 3 trial packets of Dr Ora Sleep Support in Lychee Lemon.

Really like the flavour. It tastes almost like a lychee dessert! The only tricky part is keeping it under the tongue long enough because it’s quite liquid and naturally flows out, making me want to swallow it immediately

I did feel a little more relaxed before bed, although I still woke up in the middle of the night. 3 packets probably aren’t enough to tell if it really makes a difference, so i might need to take it for a longer period to see more noticeable effects.

I tried the trial 3 packets of the Sleep Support. I struggle with insomnia and have difficulties falling asleep at night as I tend to overthink a lot at night. After consuming the jelly, I noticed I was calmer and wasn’t overthinking as much. May need to try longer to see if it really works. Plus point is that the jelly tastes really good!

Golden tomato tastes so good like berries. Collagen i take it at night and it helps my pores will buy again!

I’ve been trying out Dr Ora’s Sleep Support jelly and so far, I’ve had a pretty good experience with it. After taking it before bed, I found that I was able to fall asleep in around 30 minutes, which was quite nice as I usually take some time to properly wind down and fall asleep.

One thing I also noticed was that I felt quite refreshed the next morning. I didn’t have that overly groggy feeling when I woke up, and I felt like I had a good night’s rest. I think that was probably the biggest positive for me.

As for the Lychee Lemon flavour, I actually quite like it! It’s definitely on the sweet side, but I found the taste pleasant and it makes the jelly pretty easy to take. Overall, I’ve enjoyed having the Sleep Support jelly as part of my bedtime routine and would definitely continue using it! Definitely buying more.

Tastes great and i like that i didn't have to swallow pills! When i tried it, it worked for me in about 40 minutes and my body felt relaxed which helped me slowly drift into deep sleep

Repeat customer. Drinking this as advised on empty stomach everyday first thing in the morning. Tried it during peak summer in Bangkok and travelling around Europe past couple months, my skin is still glowing, doesn’t get as much stubborn sun spots as before and skin elasticity and radiance is obvious as I am prone to hyperpigmentation. Highly recommend! Easy to carry around and taste good too

I have been consuming aura white since February 2026 and like how clear my skin turns out. So I tried adding golden tomato into my routine since 5th April. Regarding Phytoretinol, I think its a very good product as I cannot use physical retinol much. As physical retinol will cause me skin peeling and drying, Phytoretinol does not have this issue. And I can feel my skin smoother.

With regards to Dreamskin, I had much worse acne as compared to now. It helped me clear most of my skin. But I will still have hormonal acne and it will persist even after my period.

I really love Golden Tomato. It is a very good sunblock. As I am overseas snowboarding, I prefer not to bring more items (like sunscreen) out. So I really appreciate having oral sunblock to get through my day. I also dont think my face darken from been out whole day. My complexion looks more hydrated too and i using the same skin care steps when I am in SG, i dont feel my skin is dry in the cold winter.

I don’t normally do reviews, this product definitely warrants one. I was experiencing a surge in skin issues (maybe cos of my junk food lol) and in a desperate time, ordered dreamskin. It arrived super fast and I immediately started using it. It hasn’t even been a week yet and I can see amazing results. Dr Ora has won me over with products that work (as opposed to products that tout the same but don’t work lol).

Brightening:My skin seems brighter after taking for a few months

Prefer the old packaging Small and compact. This packaging don't open up nicely Whenever i tear open, always having half of the packaging sealed and have to pull open.

Repeat purchase, product does seem to help with lightening of pigmentation
